The Day the Earth Replied

An experimental novella in the form of a 100-page PDF, about queerness, identity, transformation, environmentalism, and the power of community.

In a world forever altered by an otherwordly Visitation, one person is led by ceaseless and impossibly vivid dreams into a cordoned-off Exclusion Zone. Before they know it, they will find themselves searching alongside an entire group of others who had the same dreams hoping to solve the many mysteries of the Zone that beckoned and changed them.

This project took about a year to write, and is by far the largest of any of our projects we've ever actually completed and seen all the way to release. We worked very hard on it, and hope you all enjoy it! Someday there might even be a sequel, or other projects set in this universe. We highly recommend reading it without adjusting the page size of the PDF, as a lot of the experimental formatting stuff relies on page margins and letter spacing to be laid out properly.
